Cop Hating Radio Host Kills NYPD Officer After “**** The Police” Facebook Livestream

A cop-hating radio host from New York City has found one way to get rid of the police: kill them.

Jessica Beauvais faces 13 separate charges, including three separate manslaughter allegations, after she ran over and killed an NYPD officer Monday night in a drunk-driving hit-and-run.

The incident occurred shortly after Beauvais live-streamed herself on Facebook seemingly drinking and complaining about police in a nearly two-hour video that launched with a rant about cops and the verdict against Derek Chauvin in the George Floyd murder trial, the Daily Mail reported.

During the video, Beauvais exclaimed “**** the police,” and claimed that “potential death” is “part of the job” for police officers.

A few hours later, she got into her Volkswagen and rammed into 43-year-old NYPD Highway Officer Anastasios Tsakos while driving on the Long Island Expressway.

Tsakos reportedly was redirecting traffic on the road after responding to a fatal traffic accident.

Beauvais, the Daily Mail reported, told police she had been slurping down vodka and wine and smoking pot during her video.

“If you said that you were signing up for this dangerous job and part of that dangerous job is that you are not supposed to be afraid – as part of that job is that people might try to ******* kill you,” she said in the video.

“That’s what you’re signing up for – potential death like in the army. That’s what you signed up for.”

During the video, the Daily Mail reported, Beauvais also asserted that she would make sure that if she died at the hands of police, she wouldn’t go alone.

“Like (the rap group) NWA say about the police – if you’re going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me. I’m one of those people. If I’m going to go, someone is coming,” said Beauvais.

At the end of the video, she said, “’**** the police. **** them.”

Apparently as Beauvais approached the scene of the initial wreck, she maneuvered around stopped traffic and ignored traffic cones and other cop cars with emergency lights on.

Beauvais reportedly ran into Tsakos with such force that he was thrown 150 feet into the air.

The 14-year veteran leaves behind a wife, a 6-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son.

According to the Daily Mail, Beauvais faces 13 charges. They include second-degree manslaughter, second-degree aggravated manslaughter, and second-degree vehicular manslaughter.

Now...for the most sickening part:

If convicted, she could (ONLY) get up to 15 years in prison. She deserves death.

Greek American Tsakos was on duty on the Long Island Expressway when the incident took place.

Beauvais, of Hempstead, New York, fled the scene after fatally running over the NYPD officer but was apprehended nearby shortly after.

She offered a tearful apology as she was led away in handcuffs from the 107th Precinct in Queens for her arraignment on Tuesday.

Colleagues lined the streets in a solemn salute in memory of Tsakos, who leaves behind two young children.

And tributes have flooded in for the officer, who has been described as a "hero".

The FBI said: "We mourn the tragic death of NYPD Officer Anastasios Tsakos, who lost his life overnight while protecting our city.

"Our thoughts are with his family, friends and NYPD colleagues as they grieve his passing. Rest in peace, Officer."

His younger brother Teddy, 42, told Newsday: "My brother was an amazing guy. He had his whole life ahead of him. It was cut short."

He added: "You worry all the time, but this was what he liked.

"And you’ve got to be happy for him. This is what he wanted to do. This is what he chose. You worry about everything."

Teddy said Tsakos "wasn't the guy who would go out to clubs" but "just liked to work and stay home with his family".

His neighbor Moyra Bletsch said: "You came out your door to get to your driveway, he screamed ‘hello. How are you? That was him. He was wonderful."

And Rosemarie and Simone Giacalone, both schoolteachers who have lived next door to the Tsakos family since they moved onto the block last summer, recalled his generosity and kindness.

Rosemarie described the family as "the most incredible people you could ever meet".

"To have new neighbors move next door, we were just so lucky to have such an amazing family," she added.

The murder car. Too bad it didn't kill her! This was a hate crime and to think she will only get "up to" 15 years is obscene.

What a piece of excrement she is. She should go to death row...instead she will hardly do any time. This is the filth that wants to defund, and get rid of, cops.

'Drunk driver' Beauvais said 'f**k the police' and downed shots in a video just hours the hit-and-run

Prosecutors described how Beauvais allegedly whined, “Why did my first accident have to be a cop?” as she sat in the back of a squad car following her arrest.

“Not that I wanted it to be someone else but ****, I have been driving since I was 16 and haven’t hit as much as a pothole,'” she allegedly told police, in a rant caught on body-camera footage.

Beauvais’ attorney, Jorge Santos, urged the judge to grant her bail, but was rejected — and the 32-year-old was ordered back behind bars pending trial.

She stayed silent during the hearing, but looked back at her relatives, including her 13-year-old son, as she entered the courtroom, wearing a light-colored sweater, her hair pulled back.

She faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the charges — which include aggravated manslaughter, aggravated criminally negligent homicide and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol — for the fatal April 27 crash.

Beauvais was allegedly high on drugs and with a blood alcohol level of .15 — twice the legal limit  — when she hit Tsakos, a married father of two young children.

She allegedly told police that she regularly smokes weed and drank several glasses of wine and two shots of 1800 Patron before the fatal crash, Assistant District Attorney Greg Lasak said in court.

“I don’t deserve this. What did I do?,” Beauvais was quoted as telling cops in the back of the cruiser. “I just need to go home to my son. I don’t even know why I’m back here. You are treating me like a criminal. I’m not a criminal.”

Beauvais then allegedly asked cops if she had hit someone, later admitting that she “heard a thump.”

Tsakos’ parents attended the hearing and wept outside of the courthouse while standing with police union leaders, who spoke in support of the slain officer.

After her arrest last month, Beauvais apologized as she was hauled away in handcuffs, crying, at the 107th Precinct in Queens.

“You can imagine how difficult it was for Officer Tsakos’ parents to sit in that courtroom and face down the killer of their son. The courage that they have…,” said Police Benevolent Association President Pat Lynch.

He applauded the judge’s decision to remand Beauvais, “so she won’t be out in the street to harm anyone of you or anyone of us.”

“We hope to get the verdict that she deserves and we deserve,” Lynch said, “but it doesn’t bring a father back, it doesn’t bring a son back and quite frankly, it doesn’t make it better.”

Detectives’ Endowment Association President Paul DiGiacomo hailed Tsakos as a “very well respected” NYPD officer, as the slain cop’s mother wiped tears from her eyes.

“We will make sure this individual responsible for this crime will be found guilty and will serve the maximum time allowed,” DiGiacomo said.

“I’m sorry that I hit him and now he’s dead,” she said.

She’s due back in court on July 27.
