There definitely needs to be mandatory  training for citizens as how to survive when confronted by the popo. A certificate of training should be mandatory on file with the license commissioner along with insurance information before tags or other licenses can be issued to an individual.

Training should start in schools at an early age. Children who see officer Smith as the friendly cop at school could mistakenly approach him outside school with outstretched arms with intentions of giving him a hug or to offer him a Skittle and find themselves bleeding to death from a gun-shot wound.

Teachers could assist with the training by using cut-outs of Officer Smith or George Zimmerman which they suddenly whip out of the closet in front of the children and see how fast they assume the position.

It would seem to me that present training is shoot first and ask questions later.

Whether or not you can carry should have nothing to do with police just walking up to you at your car in your yard and opening fire.

Just more god wannabees.
