OBama will win the popular vote, and lose the election if there only two major party candidates. If someone like Palin or Cain makes a legitimate third party bid, OBama will win the election.
Obama will lose 40+ states but I do agree if a 3rd party candidate like Ron Paul gets in it will give Obama a victory.
Ron Paul is not garnering enough Republican Support to be at all a spoiler for US. But quite the contrary for the Libs. There is enough people who voted for Obama who are now looking for another option other than Republican or Democrat. Paul running as a Libertarian would be very appealing to those voters.

It's going to come down to Obama vs. Romney. That's not at all a bad deal, because even if Romney were to beat Obama (doubtful), at least he too is a liberal.
