Go back and check the whnt.com His last name is not Perry it is Evans. I know the family. That was the uncle they talked to on the news. Please keep the family in your prayers.

It will be interesting to see how this turns out. From what I have read, the guy obviously thought it out to catch Dean coming out of the apartment on his way to work at 5:00 in the morning. I hope that justice prevails. I just feel so bad that the restraining order wasn't enough to keep that looney tune from doing what he did. Seems Dean was doing what he could do to solve the situation without violence. So senseless. Leaving a little girl without a dad, a family grieving...all over the looney tune being rejected by his ex-girlfriend. Love can make people do crazy things...but this was way beyond that. People need to realize that relationships fail, the one you love or are with now may not be there forever...due to rejection, death or other circumstances..but life goes on. Again, I pray for Dean's family during this time.

Dean was a wonderful, father, son, brother, and friend, he will be missed by so many, this was such a senseless crime, I can't believe TD didn't put anything in the paper about this, it should have been. Dean was 37 year old, taken from us by a idiot with a jealous spirit and a gun whom should not even been out of jail, because he had already went to Dean's apt and threatned him, and text him (Dean) telling him he was going to kill him, this is a shame, May justice prevail.

oh yea, also Dean is not related to Dean Perry at all, different last name, only the first is the same. lol, I know it could be easily mistaken.... However, Dean does have a WONDERFUL FATHER,MOTHER, and family, they are awesome and LOVE DEAN WITH ALL THEIR HEART, there will be a empty space in their heart for the rest of their lives that will never, ever be filled. Love you Sybil and Gary (mom and Stepdad), Dennis (dad),Vivian (daughter), Lean on God for he will get you through this and Vivian always remember your dad loved you dearly, you now have a Guardian Angel up above looking out for you....
