What about other members of Congress that have done much worse. Or is this an issue for you because of his party?

Some members buy homes in the DC area and rent out their former homes, keeping a voting address. Others rent apartments and keep their homes. DC is an outrageous market and to find "affordable" one has to almost go past Harper's Ferry in WV or all the way to Delaware!
This is not fraud. He legally lives in his in-laws' home and is a resident of Florida.
Gore Vidal grandfather "lived" in a hotel in Tulsa for decades and his wife called it "the home she had never seen."
There have been governors who actually lived in the Waldorf Astoria or Plaza and commuted back to "home" for events and signing bills in public.
British MPs do not have to live in the district which they stand for election. There are "London" MPs who live in Cornwall, or even Scotland, for example.
The late great Rep. Adam Clayton Powell III lived on the island of Bimini but legally resided in Harlem!

Al Gore grew up in DC, didn't really live in TN ever. Hillary wasn't a NY resident before she got elected. Think she ever really lived there?Many long-term Congressmen don't really live in their states.
