In one of Democrat, Walt Maddox commercials he claims he is pro-life and pro-Second Amendment. Interesting that the party he is running under is totally opposite of both of those, at the national level. The thing that gets me about his commercial is his statement that he is 45 years old. I believe that this is a subtle reference to Kay Ivy's age. I might be wrong but that was my impression.

Hillary Clinton is 71, bet he supported her, and I'm sure if she had won they would have wanted her in there for 8 years. Bernie Sanders is 77. So what exactly is his point?
He's not thinking about the National Party or Politicians but rather he's just interested in trying to get folks in Alabama thinking that Kay Ivey is too old to hold the job. I think if we're going to elect a Mayor as Governor it should be Huntsville's Mayor (Battle) but Battle got beat by Ivey.
