Meditation is just an mental exercise. Basically focusing the mind while ignoring distractions. Who couldn't use more of that? Plus it's scientifically proven to be beneficial to any practitioner. It's no more anti-Christian or pro-Buddhist, or whatever than is jogging or a healthy diet.

P.S. The next time I see a raving, angry, destructive, hateful Buddhist will be the first time.

You hope, by this ploy, to have yourself in the company of like less than human atheist who will sympathize with you.

Atheist are the tool of choice because they hate everyone and will run with anyone who will cause trouble for some who believes in God.

I know a man who tortured his son to become an atheist and was successful. Thank goodness the godly mother prevented the other son from becoming one. Atheism is a form of child abuse. Atheist have used children to as scapegoats to further the atheist agenda. They dont care about children they want to kill the off at birth.

Why is it dangerous to a soul to simply clear your mind of stress and anger, frustration, and anxiety and breathe....focus on something peaceful, center yourself, and lower your blood pressure, pulse, open up your arteries, condition your mind and body to release tension and react from a place of peace and love instead of anger or whatever else the day might have brought as a challenge?

If I do that every day it still leaves time for prayer...?
