Hi everyone. I have just recently moved to the area and am needing to board my puppy overnight somewhere. Can anyone suggest a good place and let me know what type of boarding arrangements they have? I did a search and found replies from 2007 on this subject, but thought I might ask again for an updated opinion. Thank you in advance. Smiler

I am looking at boarding mine also, and have wondered who to use. My problem one of my dogs was a breeder dog who we adopted in April, she was kept in a cage for 3 years of her life allowed out twice a day and I hate the thought of putting her in one now. We would take them but we have 3 and I have not found a place that will let you have three dogs.
Thank you for the replies so far. Are the above mentioned and previously mentioned places housing the pets in kennels with chain-linked fencing? I was wondering if any have private rooms? That is what we've chosen in the past. Like a few others that have posted, our pets are our family and I know that constant barking and sounds only make animals more nervous and scared while they are not with their families.
We use Gilbert Animal Hospital for our vet and also take our "baby" in for a bath there about every 2 weeks. She loves Dr. Gilbert and all of her staff. We use them to board our baby when we go on vacation. Our baby was a stray that adopted us and is very afraid but she hasn't had any problems being boarded there and they welcome us calling and checking on her while we are away. You can drop off and pick-up from 8:00 to 9:00 on Sat. mornings so they don't have to be left the whole weekend if you return late on Fridays after they close. Hope this helps.
