American Gulag: Documenting government overreach following the Jan. 6 capitol protest

Set them free.

On Jan 6 2021, four Americans died at the US Capitol.  They were there protesting the stolen 2020 Presidential election.  Ashli Babbitt was shot dead and the Capitol policeman who did it walks free.  Rosanne Boyland was beaten while she was laying unconscious.  Two innocent gentlemen were standing in the crowd when the Capitol police started firing flash bombs and they died.

The Capitol police involved in these deaths walk free.

Another instigator in the crowd identified by The Gateway Pundit was Ray Epps.  He instigated the riots at the Capitol that day and he walks free.

Instead of bringing those behind the Capitol riots to justice, the corrupt politicians in DC, working with corrupt prosecutors and corrupt Capitol police, started charging innocent individuals protesting the stolen election with crimes and putting them in prison.

A year ago, Judge Napolitano shared that he believes that none of these individuals should have been put in jail.  They had the Constitutional right to protest that day.

With the corrupt and evil tyrant Speaker Nancy Pelosi no longer in power, Constitutionalists believe that the GOP-led House can set these innocents free.

According to attorney David Clements and others, the Constitution says:

Article I Section 8 Clause 17 of the US Constitution is known as the “enclave clause.”

It establishes Congress’s exclusive power to regulate all matters within the District of Columbia. This would necessarily include all matters related to police power, the option of establishing a city council and position of mayor to run the district’s affairs, and the administration of prisons and the treatment of prisoners.

In other words, your elected representatives, now led by a Republican majority, should be lobbied 24/7 for the immediate release of those imprisoned in the DC gulag now. Withholding federal funding, or exercising the “power of the purse” should be leveraged.

We Americans want those responsible for putting in place the Jan 6 riots, the kangaroo courts which are breaking the law, the 5am arrests, and not adhering to the US Constitution, to be held accountable and held to a higher standard due to the positions and powers we entrusted them with.

Desperation met stupidity on the corner of bad luck and despair, and the democratic party was born.

While you have a right to an opinion, no matter how misguided or asinine, you do not have a right to re-define words to an entirely new meaning.

Definition of a gulag:

a camp in the Gulag system, or any political labor camp.
noun: gulag; plural noun: gulags
The key words there are "labor camp." No jail in which the arrested rioters are held have any kind of forced labor camp.
The opinion of most sane Americans? Anyone currently in jail for their part in the January 6th riots deserves to be there.

And you have the right to be a bitter, vindictive, pouty, hater of all things and people you can't control and bend to your warped liberal way of thinking, but lately you've been abusing that right. You liberals got torn up because the America hating Brittany Griner broke the law in Russia and was sent to a prison camp, and by golly didn't rest until you got Griner freed while more deserving folks were left there. Get help Kate, you don't impress anyone with your little definitions and searches to find out things such as the religion of a man that painted a picture. You remind me all the world of Margaret from Dennis the Menace.  You don't know how those people are being treated.

This from a woman whose party can't define "woman". Liberals have changed the meaning of so many things to suit their agendas but here we have Kate crying over the use of the word "gulag".

What does Gulag mean in slang?
any prison or detention camp, esp. for political prisoners.

So the political pundits you reference write in slang. Good to know.

Griner? She deserved a one year sentence. I've never referenced her anywhere until now, much less lobbied for her release. Nor am I a member of any political party, much less a liberal one. Of course, facts don't seem to deter you in your fictionalized account of current events.

I didn't reference anyone and as I said, your party can't define what a woman is, and has slaughtered the English language yet you pretend the slang use of a word insults your sensibilities. So, now you're a legal expert too? You do know Russian law is different than American law, don't you counselor? I didn't say you referenced Griner, now did I? I said your party worked to get Griner, the anti-American, released when there were others more deserving and it was a bad deal for the US that got Griner released.

"Of course, facts don't seem to deter you in your fictionalized account of current events".

Kate, you wouldn't know a fact if it bit you on your nose.
