Flood Ins.?

Why did you still have this account open if it didn't have balance? They shouldn't have a say so in it if you don't have mortgage or home equity loan open. If the home is paid for you are not required to have ins. I didn't think.

Good luck getting your insurance. No one in the entire country can buy it now. This is what happens when the federal government controls everything.

I agree with GirlzzzCurlzzz, If your loan is PIF, why do you still have it open ? I have found it always better to do financial business with local people, like for instance a local credit union.

I was not aware of what Chuck Norris posted until I read it. No chuck, this is what happens when one political party is more interested in the destruction of the other party and their president, than they are in doing what is right for the American people. It's apparent that seeweed is a partisan who has overdosed on main-stream media. The fate of folks like bchbum should not be used as a political football by either party. I'm sure you believe your party is as pure as the driven snow, but I hate to break it to you -- they both do this. What do you want? This is the biggest majority that the Dems will have in a long time. If they can't advance their agenda, do you want 100% dems? Fond of tyranny are you?

The plain fact is that when you have to ask Washington D.C. before you can move sand, defend yourself, have a surgical procedure, or buy insurance there is a problem. Leave some decisions for us poor, benighted regular folk. We can take care of ourselves.

The reason I left the loan open was for quick cash if I needed it.car ETC. I closed it as soon as I saw they were going to require flood ins. If Iwas to need flood ins then they should have said something 15 years ago,and I would not have gotten the loan. they are scr**ing because they can.
