According to this poll, most people see that the government is the biggest problem we face.  The majority of people, both those making less and more than $50,000 a year, feel that taxes are too high and that federal income taxes, as well as inheritance taxes, are too high. Only 2% of people think they do not pay enough in taxes. This poll, which is 39pages long, is pretty informative, and shows the growing unrest people have with the way the government works and is redistributing wealth.  Even the northeasterners agree.

Hillary in 2016?  Why not?  We've already had one "girly man" serving in office for the past 7 years, we might as well give her chance as well!

I'll bet that the people who basically said the Governemnt is the problem", would be some of the first to scream and holler if their garbage didn't get picked up, or the police didn't respond to a urgent request for help, or the fire truck didn't show up if their house caught on fire, their Social Security check didn't show up., or they didnt have Medicare to depend on when they went to the doctor, or , at least for this area, if their power went off.
I started to make mention the schools would close, but this ignorant bunch you are talking about, probably just as soon their kids didn't have to go to school anyway so they would wind up being as dumb or dumber than their parents.

Typical left wing response -- there must be all or nothing.  Either, the smothering state, or anarchy -- no Golden Mean of a smaller federal government.

Plus, seeweed, didn't read the poll results or he would have known it was the federal government that was identified as the problem, not local and state/

Therefore, his rant, "if their garbage didn't get picked up, or the police didn't respond to a urgent request for help, or the fire truck didn't show up if their house caught on fire, their Social Security check didn't show up., or they didnt have Medicare to depend on when they went to the doctor, or , at least for this area, if their power went off." is way off base.  Garbage pickup, fire fighting, and police are functions of local government. Power production (except, for a few areas like TVA) is a private and/or local function.

Lefties don't like the present population of voters and are doing their best to replace them by importing such.

What was this?

What was the question? They just put "Iran" are they asking people do you approve or disapprove of Iran?

I thought the approval rating of known political figures was very telling. The most approved of were Democrat leaders.

If I were simply ask if I approve/disapprove of Congress I would answer disapprove. The more important question would be why.

I too think taxes are too high....for some, but not all. Once again its all in the "why".

It was clear that if the elections were held today that Hillary Clinton would beat any of the Republicans put us against her.

The poll was conduct last month. I was only commenting on their own findings. I can understand why you might be skeptical though, it is a Fox News poll.

The dems do have an advantage. Every election it's like a zombie flick with millions of mindless creatures heading to the polls muttering, "Free Stuff!----Free Stuff!" I believe they account for 42-45% of the electorate, so they only have to infect 5-8% of the voters who are non aligned which amounts to a minority of the independent voters.
