Now I am totally out of my mind. I didn't know what Festivus was and I was all confused. I actually looked it up on the highly reliable Wikipedia. I never watched Seinfeld. I know I'll probably go to the bad place for not watching. Boy I feel old now.

Festivus is the celebration of the virgin birth of the Soup Nazi. I would have thought you'd know that.

It's celebrated with the airing of grievances and feats of strumph.

In the spirit of the occasion, let me say I resent Americans' reluctance to go into debt to buy worthless and unwanted Festivus presents. Now, I will pick up this concrete block with only two fingers.

The Festivus crowds were out in force today. Hope everybody has finished their shopping. Yall come see me, peaches for everybody! Peaches in December? Don't think so.

I finished shopping and wrapping Saturday, thank God, and got most of it at Target. That was not even on purpose. I just happened to go there first and they had everything I needed.

I love that I can actually get in and out of their store and parking lot without a near death experience. I do avoid that exit by Kirkland's though.

As of last week everything is bought, wrapped, and under the tree... and, when he isn't playing letters, my son is either gazing at the packages and giggling, or doing jolly dances....which gets Dolly the Pug excited and she starts spinning around and barking.
