I don't totally agree with mamyliga, but I uphold her right to post. Many in the Shoals seem to hold her opinion. Others can't wait until a new edition comes out or they see the same info on the QCD.
The only difference in the TD and Hardtimes/QCD would seem to be that the latter has pics.
If they are going to publish the names and photos of people who offend the law and get caught then they should do it for all and treat all equal. One case though, that I'm aware of, a person who has the means was able to buy their way out of the paper and never appeared in a single issue even though they were arrested for drunk driving or dealing. I never was able to find out exactly what they were arrested for just that they were able to buy their way out (keep their photo and name out) of Hardtimes.
Personally I've never bought one of the papers but if it's public information and legal to do so what's so bad about it? After all the folks that are listed there got there by actually being arrested didn't' they? Sounds to me it's a case where someone found a way to make a buck supplying what, apparently a great number of people want.

What did you do to get your picture in it? 
Innocent until proven guilty, except for Hard Times.
If a person is found not guilty of the charge is otherwise dropped, the QCD will remove the offending info. This is something Hard Times or Busted in the Shoals doesn't do.
What "offending" info? I've never read one, but on the site it looks to me like the only info is a picture and the reason they were arrested. It's not like they're obsessing on certain cases and calling people murderers that didn't kill anyone, or weren't even present when a murder happened.

Some of her posts use a patois and some do not. It's a mixed bag. She's still been here longer that most and she's entitled to her opinion. As I stated, I don't really agree with it.
