That's insane. This guy should be rotting in prison. If you are not able to differentiate a human from a bear you have no business in the woods let alone hunting. I guess I could be more lenient if the victim were wearing a bear suit but the article doesn't say whether he was or not. In fact it does state that the idiot recognized that the clothing on the victim was different than that on his grandson so he was relieved that he hadn't shot his kin. This was a terrible miscarriage of justice.
