If approved in November, citizens would be exempt from the mandate requiring them to buy health insurance or pay a penalty. They'll also be immune from government forcing them into a public or private health care plan against their will.

Many states have lawsuits pending. I hope we can make a serious dent in his agenda in November and we can eventually repeal Obamacare.

It will be ok with me as long as the state of Colorado dosen't come crying to the Federal Government for help to pay for the uninsured in their state.
Co is a pretty state, if you don't think you should have health insurance, go there.
