Anyone remember a few years back when the "so called" silent majority rose up one day with a supposed call by then FOX commentator Mike Huckabee to come out in support of Chick-fil-a due to a call by homosexuals to boycott Chick-fil-a because of their pro Christian stance or donations to Christian organizations. I can't actually remember the cause for the boycott so I could be off and I didn't hear, directly, Mike Huckabee call for the overt support but I heard third hand it happened that way.
Sometimes when people feel pushed by outside organizations or someone else they at times push back. I'm wondering if Hollywierd votes, with their money, to bypass Georgia for the states stand on Abortion if people who agree with Georgia might boycott the movies? This is one of those situations where people are so removed that any boycott of movies would do more damage to people that own and run theaters than it would to Hollywood itself but I'm just saying that often people do things without thought as to how it might affect others, in the long run.
If Hollywood gets away with this then where do they stop and why not just turn Georgia into California as if they find they can steer a states politics then it certainly will not stop with abortion. At least that's my opinion.
