Uniorn, universal healthcare?  we are trillions in debt, while sending money to other countries.  Sanders and other democrats compare us to other countries that not only aren't giving their money away but take money from us.  Before there is a conversation on spending more money, we need to pay off debts.  If we stopped giving money to other countries then we could afford things you mentioned.
