Who is the best attorney's in the Shoals when it comes to standing up to them and making them stand behind what they say they will do. I have heard that in South Alabama no insurance company wants to go against this one http://www.beasleyallen.com/about/ Do we have anyone in the Shoals that are as good as they are.

The Beasley Allen people are in it for the big bucks, not your best interest. They won't resolve a problem, only sue if they have a fairly certain chance of winning or reaching a big settlement, and take their 40% plus expenses. They prefer class action suits, so of course they were one of the big litigators against BP. If I remember correctly, you can find a list of companies they have sued on their website.
If you think you fit into a "class" of people that could sue someone, give them a call. They will be glad to work with you on the phone. But don't expect anything unless it means big $$$$ for them.
it's all tilted in their favor.....more loopholes and technicalities than you can shake a stick at.....and in many cases , the "law" requires that you have insurance , so what does that tell you ?
I can tell you those insurance agents better know what they are doing! I got a neighbor down here in Florida, who a few years back collected $600,000 dollars from an agent from Prudential who misled her on a life insurance policy and collected another $600,000 from a Met-Life agent who sold her employer a disability plan that was to be long term, but was not. She also sued her employer and collected even more. Her lawyer made more than $500,000 from it.
Most of it came from the errrors and ommissions insurance company that the insurance agent was to have, the other part came from her employer that was had no ideal what they was sold.
Also, you'll notice insurace companies never claim "we can save you X."
They always claim "people who switched saved X", because the people who wouldn't save by switching were generally smart enough not to switch.
