Well, they did prove that the slime forum makes people nasty. The language used over there was one of the main reasons I left. No filter, and no moderation.
Palin could have spent 5 minutes charming the pants off the guy and would never had heard anything about a tell-all book ever again.
Instead, she took an antagonistic stance and got the book she thereby asked for. That is not how a smart politician operates.

There have been no claims of a marital infidelity.
She cant sue for the revelation of her past indiscretions, that is protected speech.
I understand the book says she had an affair, while married, with her husband's business partner. I could be wrong...
