She needs to be mentally tested. I think they put her on the ticket with Joe Biden because as bad as he is, they knew no one would want to impeach him and end up with her. She is DNC insurance. Now, no matter how awful Joe is, she is even worse. One thing for sure, they can never talk about Dan Quayle again!
