The thing about Liberals is that they get a second chance whereas anyone perceived as conservative or, G-d forbid, is favorable toward President Trump then it's a career killer and never to be seen again banishment. Hollywood, the media, and Liberals definitely have a different set of standards and punishment for their own as they do for conservatives or those who align with their political enemies.
Liberals get second chances and opportunities to apologize for pre-rehearsed remarks as they never really mean them even though they are pre-rehearsed and sample population tested in many cases. I doubt that it was the first time that those words were hear coming from Samantha B's mouth as I guarantee you that they were written down and became part of the pre-rehearsed dialog for the show. I also doubt that there is much regret in her saying it either. Like Kathy Griffin who later rescinded her apology to Trump about carrying around the severed head. Most knew that the apology that was issued back when was a calculated move to attempt to stave off some of the condemnation that was coming out in the media.

Correct me if I am wrong, please, but in order to have done the EXACT same thing as Kathy Griffin did Ted would have had to parade around with a bloody stump of Obama's head as the media cameras clicked away and then suffer the outcome of that.
Mind you, I could be wrong, but I'm guessing (and I think it's a fairly good guess) that if Nugent had of run around with a severed head of Obama there would have been "NEW" categories of Racism defined and created to address it. Any criticism or critique of Obama that came from the Right was always classified as Racism or Racist and leveled because Obama was Black. Never was there ever just reason to condemn the man or his leadership style.

- Get on a knee and kneel before any and all world leaders.
- Blame the United States for all the world's ills and problems
- Give away billions of money to atone for those same ills and problems.
- Continued blame on past Conservatives and Capitalistic form of Government.
- Blame the offending, racist, American founding document we call the constitution as loaded with racism and flaws.
- Reveal how enlighted and insightful the American leadership, under Obama is, and how superior his (Obama's) style and method of Government is compared to all those centuries of American, unjust, rule, where America contributed and led to the world's ills and problems due to our disregard for man-made (Conservatives made) Climate change. AKA Global Warming. Name change when overwhelming preponderance of evidence tended to prove the opposite of what liberals were attempting to prove.
I was referencing the statement made by Samantha Bee. Nugent said the EXACT SAME THING about Hillary and I never saw one Republican outraged. As a matter of fact, Nugent got a nice little photo opp at the Whitehouse.
