Rash Lamebrain's latest eructation is a condemnation of the "heat index" as some kind of deceptive liberal device to murk up the reporting of the weather.  The story is in the link below, along with a commonsense explanation of the practical application of "heat index" in describing high temperature/humidity conditions.

Would the lard-bag blowhard also take issue with the "wind-chill factor"?

Folks who place any confidence whatever in this corpulent cretin are truly leaning on a broken reed.

Sad to see that you apparently are still among the  deluded  "dittoheads."

Obsession? It has been WEEKS since I posted anything on Limbaugh.

You and other polemically incompetent  people who find yourselves unable to rebut information posted here all to often resort to the cheap, irrelevant alternative of alleging an "obsession" on the part of the person posting.

I did not learn of Limbaugh's inane statement by listening to the varmint's radio show.  I read about it on the link supplied in my original post, as you could have easily surmised had you applied a modicum of common sense to the matter.  I work part time and I have a great deal of control over my own schedule.  For the most part, my employer cares not when I work, so long as I do the work. That takes care of all of your ASSumptions, now, doesn't it?

Upside, admit it you are obsessed with Limbaugh. The only time I hear anything about him is when you post someting about him. Yep I have a job too and don't have the time to spare like Beternun does. Yep obsessed. Possessed with the Demon on your back of not only being a socialist, but thinking that you are Betern everyone. That nobody or anything can raise to your perfect standard of you. I know you'll have a good come back like Skippy is not a Christian or something. But sticks and stones. I know our Savior loves us all and that your a socialist bordering on communist. I am right and you can't deny it. You can't be right because your extream left.

Skippy, from the extent of your semi-literate posting on this forum, it is undeniable that you have plenty of time for posting, irrespective of whatever job you might have.

As to my alleged "obsession" with the oafish talk show blob, you have not addressed in any way the argument I made in response to interventor.  The likely explanation for the relative scarcity of critical posts on this forum concerning Rash Lamebrain is that the forum is dominated by naive right-wing "dittoheads" who, despite all evidence to the contrary, unquestioningly accept what Limbaugh says.

I just checked my exposed back in a mirror and guess what?  No demon there at all!

The danger of these radical right wing blogosphere sites such as used in this post is that the gullible will actually BELIEVE them and in the case of those with the mindset of marksw59 blindly do.

If you get past the B..............S.............. in the lead page and actually go to the NOAA.gov web site the statistics used are for one day with a 30 YEAR parameter.  Not a 30 day parameter that is used on the MYTHBUSTER site for statistics and percentages.  So far this month there have been 8 days with ALL TIME record breaking heat in a majority of reporting stations.

Counting on the gullibility and laziness of the radical right wing is how these sites exist.

Sad.

EXACTLY!

Now (Man, do I really want to take up THIS much time to educate you marksw59) unlike the garbage on Mythbusters which was used, you will see that the statistic used as showing 0 records for heat were for ONE DAY July 17th which was used as the basis of this article (calling it this IS a stretch) that was qouted in Mythbuster.  If you take the time to go through the ENTIRE month you will see the point I was making.

Keep trying marksw59, I think someday you may be able to research and ask questions to get the truth instead of blindly believing the crap you have been conditioned to accept as fact.

And then again, maybe not.

You know, I don't think you read the same article.

believe  Newark, NJ set a record.

DEFINITELY for the date-Friday the 22nd-but I think it broke the ALL-TIME  record for ANY day in Newarks history--108 IS PRETTY **** HOT

OK mark,

This was from one of the right wing bloggers on THIS site and even he admits that a record was broken.

If you read through ALL of the replys to this garbage, NOT one person caught on to the fact that the statistics used as percentages took the 30 year average to show the small percentages qouted in the article.  This is how you are fooled mark.

Also, it is one *itch of a site to follow but even the dude in the article stated there were 4 days with all time record settings, what he failed to mention was this was days when nearly ALL reporting stations had all time records, not just a few.

With this I am through, believe what you want but don't try to put it out here as truth without at least investigating the accuracy.
