So these three people get so mad at one guy while they are all "riding around"  that they spend two days beating and torturing the crap out of the guy.

Think they took issue with his Auburn shirt?

Maybe they all had some earlier vendetta against the guy?

Maybe they were just bored on a dull night in Wayne County, which is what most nights are in Wayne County. They just found a creative way to relieve boredom?  Parts of Wayne County are Third World, with a very high proportion of white trash.

Beating and torturing some guy for two days, and chopping off his toe, could have possibly been

a mistake.  LOL!!!!  I wonder how the conversation went if this was just a mistake?

I agree. I'd love to hear the conversation that sparked it off. Yikes!

WAYNESBORO, Tenn. — A man who was beaten for two days, had his leg cut and his toe severed is back at home recovering from the attack, officials said.

"To me, it's a miracle the man is still alive, much less able to get out of the hospital this soon," said Wayne County Sheriff Ric Wilson.

Wilson said the 41-year-old Collinwood, Tennessee, man was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital on Oct. 8 after he was "pistol-whipped for two days, suffered a large cut to his leg, had one of his toes cut off and was tied to a tree overnight."

"I talked with his father Monday. He said (the man) was recovering but still not out of the woods, yet," Wilson said. "He said (the victim's head) was covered with bruises and stitches."

Arnold Mark Stevens, 44, 199 Jennifer Lane, Collinwood; Brittany Danielle Thompson, 27, 1963 Collinwood Highway, Collinwood; and Jason Neal "Earl" Daniel, 32, 2506 Collinwood Highway, are charged in connection with the incident that began Oct. 6 and ended Oct. 8 with the man being dropped off at a Waynesboro residence.

Court officials said Stevens and Thompson are charged with an ex-felon in possession of a firearm, especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and attempted first-degree murder.

Daniel is charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and attempted first-degree murder.

The three suspects are scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in Wayne County General Sessions Court on Tuesday.

The sheriff said the incident began when the victim and Thompson, who was staying with the man, were picked up by Stevens and Daniel.

"They all knew each other so they're out riding around in an extended cab pickup truck, and they get into an argument with the victim and attacked him," Wilson said. "The victim was in the back seat, and they took turns beating him with a pistol. One would beat him, get tired and give the gun to someone else who would beat on him. Basically, they were riding down the road in the truck, and they were beating him all night long."

According to reports, early Tuesday morning, they stopped in a wooded area near Waynesboro, where they continued to beat the man and then cut the man's left leg from his groin to his knee. They then took the man back to Stevens' house where one of the man's toes was cut off.

Wilson said the victim was put back in the truck and taken to a wooded area at Arnolds Hollow, which is off U.S. 64 between Waynesboro and Clifton, where he was tied to a tree and left all night.

Wilson said the trio came back Oct. 8, got the man, drove him back into Waynesboro, dropped him off at a house and told the people there they needed to take the man to the hospital.

Wilson said the man was taken to Wayne County Medical Center and flown by helicopter to Nashville.

Two of the suspects were arrested Oct. 8 and the third Thursday evening.

Thompson and Stevens are being held in the Wayne County Detention Center on bail of $750,000 each.

Daniel is being held on bail of $425,000.

If it can get to Kansas City and be on tv, why can't it get to Huntsville or Nashville?

I don't have an answer for you on that one. I wonder the same thing. I've never seen anything about it on the local news either. Just online.
