So? Is not a gov policy to lower them on Memorial Day? I dunno. I guess I've never looked/ noticed.
I personally think it should be.
some do some don't some will some won't. All should. Just take notice Monday and see how many aren't. Then again it's an off day from work for a lot, and it'd just be an inconvience to lower at sun rise and raise again at noon. Be too much to do for those who did "Give All". I remember once going to place a flag at marker of American Legion in Florence (no, it didn't even have one placed) and their flag wasn't lowered. Sad.
