Most have seen it, many have experienced it, but death of a family member often brings out the worst in families especially where there is money and property involved and it doesn't always have to be a lot at stake.

Most have also head of Casey Kasem from his stint on the radio as he played, each weeks top 40 countdown.  Also famous or infamous for his wife the ultra tall, ditzy blonde, Jean when she ran around the nation with Casey's dead cadaver as she attempted to keep it from being buried by the kids.  Talk about your dysfunctional family.  Now the family (Jean & Kids) are at it again as they have things tied up in court and are accusing each other of killing Casey or having a part in events that led to his death, never mind that he had cancer.

From the article assets are tied up with the court case and the 27 year old daughter is living in one of the mansions even though it is without power and running water.  I couldn't help but think how so often death and the assets that are left so often brings out the worst in people often turning family members against each other in irreconcilable disputes that the deceased would have never wanted to happen.
