1/2 of medium shrimp
GOOD cornmeal
Salt Pepper and Hot Sauce

Peel shrimp and put in a mixture of buttermilk and hot sauce. Just just enough and let set atleast 1 hour. This time I used the Old Mill Cornmeal from Pigeon Forge. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in deep fryer to 370%. In the meantime take cornmeal salt and pepper to taste and roll shrimp in it. Take a sub roll and toast in the oven. Tarter sauce add a little hot sauce and add condiments. I was quite impressed. You can also do catfish Po-Boys. Wife loved em. Mr Charles
