The official Nashville Star homecoming plans are in place for Zac & Angela Hacker! Zac and Angela are siblings who are competing for a country music recording contract and new Chevy pickup on the 5th season of Nashville Star, a singing and songwriting competition which airs on the USA Network on Thursday nights at 9 p.m. central time. Zac and Angela were chosen as Top 10 finalists from approximately 20,000 contestants nationwide, and America has voted them into the Top 5. Several people associated with the show, including Judge Anastasia Brown, have voiced their opinion that Zac and Angela will be the last two standing! Angela was the frontrunner in the competition going into the February 8th show as voted by America, but after Zac blew away the audience and the judges with his emotional original song, "If It Wasn't For the Whiskey", Brown believes he will be the one competing with his talented sister for the title!
The party starts at 5 p.m. Saturday, February 17th at the Alabama Music Hall of Fame in Tuscumbia, Alabama. For more information on the Hall of Fame and directions, click here http://www.alamhof.org/. Angela and Zac will each perform songs at the party, and they may even perform a couple of songs together! There will be a meet and greet with opportunities for their fans to get autographs and photos, and the USA Network will be there to film the event! Clips from the homecoming celebration will be featured on the Nashville Star February 22nd!
Come out and show your support live and in person for the Hackers! Tell all your friends and family -- let's show them and America how much we all love them.
