Looks like Trump has fulfilled yet another campaign promise.

Appears a new North American Trade Agreement has been agreed to

If anything blame Trump for being Pro-American and concentrating on putting America first and re-negotiating bad (for America) trade agreements no matter whoever they might be with.  In this case, it was NAFTA as negotiated in the 1990's with both Democrats and Republicans to blame.  NAFTA hit American jobs quite hard especially many in Alabama.  Many American/Alabama textile jobs ceased to exist as companies moved operations to Mexico for more favorable wages and trade advantages.  Canada benefited from Automotive industry jobs and business, as did Mexico.  As for America, many politicians benefited as well but I'm hard-pressed to point to where else America benefited but if there was any place it might have been in agriculture but I still don't think there are many advantages for America with the old 1990's NAFTA.
