Alabama isn't the only state behind. When Biden took over they changed the testing. Testing had checked over 40 points,, dropped to testing 22 points. This dropped many false positives. Remember Saban tested positive then tested negative 3 times? The Million vax that Biden called for? Yep Trump was on target for that. Trump did nothing for 3 months but play golf and let the virus get a foot hold here and America had the worst deaths of any nation and then trump said the virus was all a hoax and that it would just go away on its own and then told people to inject themselves with lysol.
