Ah....more lefty hypocrisy!!! Yesterday Ivanka Trump tweeted a Labor Day message that was, of course, immediately attacked by the dem'orons, having much to say about where her clothes were made. SSDD with those folks. Now comes Nike into the fray with their, (excerpt) choice of Colin Kaepernick as a face for the 30th anniversary of it's "Just Do It" slogan. But that's OK, because again, it's the democrats. Too, the name Oprah Winfrey has been batted around as a possible candidate for president, and Oprah LOVES Nike, and I think, was or is a part owner. I'm still searching to see if it was indeed Nike she owned a part of. But again, that's OK because Oprah is a democrat, right libs?? So they can forgive it all, even her being a nasty old billionaire!

Nike has contracted with more than 700 shops around the world and has offices located in 45 countries outside the United States. Most of the factories are located in Asia, including Indonesia, China, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Philippines, and Malaysia.

 lefty hypocrisy!!!

80% of work force making NIKE Sneakers are Female and are paid 20 cents an hour, work 70-80 hours per week. Allowing Nike’s profits from cheap labor to pay Colin Kaepernick Million $$$ to speak out against oppression and injustice?

Even former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad weighed in, tweeting: "The #NFL season will start this week, unfortunately once again @Kaepernick7 is not on a NFL roster. Even though he is one of the best Quarterbacks in the league.

OK, I know, I know, it's hard to stop laughing at that.

Nike (NKE) stocks have climbed over 25% this year. Stock is back up over $80 today.  Republicans LOVE to rejoice over the downfall of anything that doesn't meet their approval. Nike is a multi-billion dollar, multi-national company. They have the rights to a large number of professional and collegiate teams and don't really care if Republicans buy their merchandise.  It's safe to say Nike had a pretty good idea of what was going to happen when they announced the new ad campaign and just didn't care. Now, back to the regular old Republican whining.

Nike down today at closing. I doubt any little boost Nike got will die off soon.

Nike is sure making money now, off the ad campaign. ha! I'm reasonably sure it's gonna keep going for a few weeks, at the least. ha! BTW, the stock market is closed on saturday.

Nike is an old brand. I have never bought Nikes and as I posted, the little boost it got from all this will be gone before long. Just like JC Penny rallied after the Ellen DeGeneres kerfuffle but quickly sank back.  However, the difference, Jordans, Labron James etc, seem to be the pick of all the "poor oppressed folks", wink, wink, with them buying every new style they put out, and they are prolific, and they are made in China by, you guessed it, Nike. So you could say Nike was preaching to the choir with their campaign and not about to bite the hand that is feeding them.

More interesting is how the left bullied and boycotted Ivanka Trump's line of clothing, having the gall to talk about where they were made. Ivanka is rich...bad. Jordan, James etc are rich...yay!!!! Made rich by the very country they claim has oppressed them, by the very same people that claim the country has oppressed them, but somehow they have plenty of money to spend on shoes.  It's a good thing hypocrisy isn't fatal or there would not be a democrat left alive. If the dems hadn't ruined every manufacturing factory/co with unions, maybe it would be possible to have more things made in America.

Missouri College Volleyball Team Ditches Nike Jerseys over Kaepernick Ad

The College of the Ozarks announced earlier this week, that they had decided to “choose country over company,” and do away with all athletic uniforms which display the Nike logo.

By week’s end, we can report that the private Christian college in Point Lookout, Missouri, has stayed true to its word.

According to the Hill:

The College of the Ozarks volleyball team wore t-shirts during Friday’s match instead of the maroon long-sleeved jerseys that contained the Nike swoosh, The Springfield News-Leader reported.

The new attire came days after the College of the Ozarks President Jerry Davis said in a  statement that the school would “choose its country over company” and remove Nike’s logo from its athletic uniforms.

The decision came after Nike announced that former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick would be the face of its 30th anniversary “Just Do It” campaign.

“In their new ad campaign, we believe Nike executives are promoting an attitude of division and disrespect toward America,” College of the Ozarks President Jerry C. Davis explained.

“If Nike is ashamed of America, we are ashamed of them. We also believe that those who know what sacrifice is all about are more likely to be wearing a military uniform than an athletic uniform.”

This is not the first time the small private Christian college has taken a stand on the anthem issue. In October of 2017, the school made it a policy that all coaches and players had to show respect for the anthem.

College of the Ozarks is a Christian liberal-arts college, with its campus at Point Lookout near Branson and Hollister, Missouri----

Doesn't need to be political, there are some Democrats that
know the right thing to do and when to do it...

This whole Caeperdip thing is against American truth and justice----

This whole Republican narrative is against American Patriots and the truth and justice assured to all in the Constitution. Why are Republicans supporting racism and police brutality?
