More proof liberals have lost their minds! Joe Biden wanted to get a few copies of the videos for himself.
Controversial sex-ed teacher Justine Ang Fonte has resigned from her position at the elite Dalton School in New York City after it came out that she was showing first graders videos about mastur bat ion.
According to an email sent to angry parents Friday, Fonte, who also sparked outrage by teaching a one-day workshop on “p o r n literacy” to juniors at Columbia Grammar & Prep School last month, will not return to the school next year.
Coincidentally, the headmaster at the school, Jim Best, is also leaving after a tenure full of division for pushing a progressive agenda. Best announced in an email to parents Friday that Fonte would not be returning next year, but failed to provide anything in his statement about the *********ion videos, the New York Post reported.
Instead, he seemed to brag about what she had done. “Throughout her tenure at Dalton, Justine Ang Fonte has helped to develop an exemplary K-12 Health and Wellness program. Dalton — our faculty, staff, administration, and trustees — continue to stand firmly behind this program and those who teach it,” Best wrote.
“At faculty and staff meetings this week, Justine announced her decision to leave Dalton to focus on her work as an independent Health Educator. She has been working toward this goal for over a year. We support Justine’s aspirations and look forward to honoring her accomplishments as the academic year comes to a close,” he added.
The animated videos showed young children talking about touching their private parts for pleasure. In one cartoon, a little boy says, “Sometimes I touch my ***** because it feels good,” and a little girl agrees. An adult woman chimes in and tells them that it’s OK.
Another segment of the video discusses requiring consent for touching, and one parent complained that their kids were being told not to allow even their parents or grandparents to hug them without consent first. When parents complained, they were told they had “misinterpreted” the content of the classwork, as if it was their fault.
Fonte’s presentation to the juniors at Columbia Grammar & Prep School informed the teens about sexual things many of them probably didn’t want to know about. She revealed the most searched ****ographic terms of 2019, including “creampie,” “anal,” “gangbang,” and “stepmom.” One of her slides listed types of **** genres, such as “incest-themed,” consensual or “vanilla,” “barely legal,” and “kink and BDSM.”
Besides Best and Fonte, the school’s director of DEI (“Diversity, Equity and Inclusion”), Domonic Rollins, is also leaving during the controversial time. Other actions the school has taken include setting a goal of hiring 12 diversity officers and revamping the curriculum to promote social justice. In December, the school issued an “anti-racism” manifesto. In it, the school listed goals such as assigning a staffer dedicated to black students and dropping contracts with companies that “criminalize or dehumanize” black people, such as private prisons and tech firms that manufacture police equipment or weapons.
Outrage by parents over their kids being taught this for around $55,000 per year in tuition likely contributed to the resignation of Fonte.
“This inability to admit a mistake or acknowledge misstep is strange,” one parent said of the school’s statement on Fonte’s resignation. “It shows a real lack of emotional intelligence and self awareness on behalf of the leadership team.”
Some parents in New York City have become so angry over woke private schools that they formed a group called “Prep School Accountability.” They are sending mobile billboards with statements like “Diversity not Indoctrination” to park outside of these schools.
Unfortunately, it is not an easy task pushing back against the woke propaganda taught by these schools, since most parents reportedly risk losing their jobs and being canceled if they speak up.
