Anyone ever hear the statement that it is unwise to raise taxes in a recession or bad economic situation.  Here is a list of Taxes that will be raised with Obamacare.  Anyone remember Nancy Pelosi saying we have to pass the bill so we can know what is in it?

And theese same people will be voted for in the coming elections by the same people who are blind to what they are doing to our nation because of their blind allegiance to a party.   Taken from the following website:  http://www.atr.org/comprehensi...bama-tax-hikes-a6433   If this was a Republican administration that did this there would be cries of impeachment and treason for violations of the Constitutional authority given unto the legislative and executive branches.  Now we see a verdict by a three judges (two of which were appointed by Obama himself (surely no conflict of interest there)) saying that the State of Virginia cannot even file a challenge to the Obamacare law.  Here we have a Judicial branch becoming authority and taking away a State's ability to challenge the law.  If this was Republicans that was doing this there would be calls for insurrection and open rebellion.  I think Americans should just remember what has been done to us come election day and vote to correct the wrongs.

Regardless of whether or not it is considered nonsense or not Government does not have the Constitutional authority to force any citizen to buy health insurance.   The decision should be left up to the individual citizen.  It should have been evident to anyone, with the least amount of intelligence, that something was amiss when it wasn't a tax then in order to attempt to make it look or appear Constitutional it became  considered a tax.

Anyway any person that knows, studies, and understands the Constitution will realize that this is a violation of it and for that alone it should fail.  Attempts to push it through is no less than a crime against the Constitution and should be grounds for impeachment and/or recall whichever applies to the politician who pushes it through.  This bill wasn't even voted on legitimately but was deemed passed as once Scott Brown was elected the writing was on the wall and it wasn't going to be passed so the Democrats got around it by deeming it passed and the President signed it immediately.

There has, in my opinion, never been such an egregious violation of the Constitution, that Obama swore to uphold and defend, therefore a very just cause for impeachment but that couldn't be done due to the overwhelming majority of Democrats in the House.  Articles of Impeachment would never be drafted and with the Senate being Democratically controlled it would never pass there either so was and is a moot point.  Only the American people can vote and have their say at the election booth, with their vote.  Everytime a person goes in to vote the words of Nancy Pelosi should echo through their mind ... We have to pass it to see what's in it.   So much for the most transparent administration and so much for abiding by the Constitutional powers given to the Legislative and Executive branch.

Then when those who realize the unconstitutionality of the Bill attempt to take it to court the Democrats find a Court loaded with Democratic appointees to knock down an attempt to challenge it.  This alone should frighten any American that has studied History and actually knows what the Constitution is for and says.

IF you still disagree and consider it nonsense then please cite for the forum and all of us the part of the Constitution that gives the Government the right to force Americans to buy Health Insurance or for that matter to buy anything?

The SCOTUS will decide on the Constitutionality of the law, probably on a 5-4 vote.

The Repubes had their chance to repair the dysfunctional medical insurance system in the country, but chose not to act.  The system has to be reformed and the ACA  will cause such reform in one way or another.

The ACA is the first step to lifetime Medicare for everyone, and since Medicare is now a permanent and Constitutional part of America, so shall the ACA provisions.
