where is Osaka

Osaka is in the Kmart shopping center in Florence near CiCi's pizza it is a Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar it is great,but if at all possible go between 11-2 the prices are not as great at night

2 each ,I dont know if you seen it or not but Billy had 14 post last night all in less then 2 hrs time ,,and all he was doing was dissing on Andy . I dont know if he deleted his post or if the Mod did ,but it was crazy .

My mom took me to Osaka for my birthday - we had sushi - yummmmmm.....

Tokyo in Huntsville isnt' bad either.

Maybe they have improved since the last time I went there. The service was terrible, the waitress was rude and the food was mediocre, at best. Since this is the Shoals only Sushi place and I cannot survive without it, I hope they were having an off day.

They make a mean sushi

Decent sushi but not great. It's a shame that councilwoman(Pickens?) put the kabash on Kobe coming to town. Is that building still sitting empty?

I LOVE Osaka. we always go at night, though, so it's one of our "special evening" places. Love the food, and I think it's hilarious that they still have the great wall of china on the wall from Michael's

I live in LA, and one of the benefits of living here is that we get fabulous sushi. I love it.

Serious question. Is the supply of good, fresh fish in the Shoals good enough for safe, tasty sushi?

Osaka has GREAT food..but their service sucks...the girl that's always in charge owns the place with her husband. She is very hateful They also own the Hibatchi Grill (serving same kind of food) in Muscle Shoals in the Harvest Buffet building, with her husband running that resturant and he is sooooooo nice...not sure what her problem is...so i just to to the one in MS, much much friendlier...

that's a shame. i would love another japanese restaurant open here.
