Your assessment of the situation is as big an example of bloviating as anything I've heard on O'Reilly. I watched the same show also, and I heard him apologize, up front and honest.
His accusation still holds true for most of the MSMedia, though.
I nominate BeternU for "Pompous Blowhard of the Month", or "Bloviator of the Month".
I'll combined it and put your name in the hat as "Pompous Blowhard Bloviator of the Month".
That is an appropriate title.

O'Reilly showed class in his apology.
Perhaps some of our bloviating libtards can at least look up the definition online.

The sum total of your postings stretches more toward infinite than fifteen words; the intelligent content a miniscule fraction of that. Your pomposity and arrogance come through with eloquence.

It's "gratuitous". And I addressed the subject at hand, which was LMM's link. O'Reilly showed class, while Sanchez did not.
Both are irritating toads.
And I am capable of much more than you can comprehend.

Very few admit a mistake and apologize, however.

I will, however, watch them make fun of him on "Red Eye".

"At length"? My post of only 15 words must be one of the shortest bloviations on record! But I will concede that even such a short post as that might challenge the attention spans of persons so verbally challenged as to regard 15 words as "lengthy."
About CNN's allegedly deficient coverage of the story of the murdered army recruiter, O'Reilly stated, "All day long, nobody else [except Anderson Cooper], nobody."
Sanchez showed clips from EIGHT different CNN reporters on the story in question.
In his lame apology (in which he referred to Sanchez as a "snide and surly guy."), O'Reilly said that what he MEANT to say was that there had been no PRIME TIME coverage of the story except by Cooper. That hardly squares with his acusation: "All day long, nobody else, nobody." Surely, O'Reilly, a veteran newsman, knows that "prime time" is not a all-day-long affair. O'Reilly is truly a weasel!

Those 8 never referred to the shooter as a muslim convert or muslim yet they called the shooter of Tiller a pro life radical.
Interesting comparison by MSM.

Clearly you didn't watch the entire clip. That was addressed at around 2:30, where it was stated that Sanchez alone spent 17 minutes on the fact that he was Muslim alone when it was discovered and then further went on with an expert on the possible ties to terrorism. And for what its worth a lot of the earlier clips were from that morning. The Muslim ties wasn't discovered by anyone until the afternoon.

No, I think its people hearing what they want to hear. Similar to how in the Letterman thread everyone is upset because it was a 14 year old girl with Palin when it was impossible for Letterman or any of his writers to know who was with her. Some people always have to be the victim, and claim they are the majority, or claim that they are the only point of view that's right. Sad.

I'm trying to not go there, but he's a talk show host. Not running for office, and neither is Palin officially yet. It was a bad tasteless joke but seriously, lighten up. The men of topic here have said worse, and arguably they have more public authority than a former weatherman.
