Question for the nurses!

I'm not a nurse, so they can give you better information of course, but a friend of mine had something that sounds like that, and it was a subcutaneous cyst, or sebaceous cyst---something like that. I should say she got them sort of frequently, and sometimes they would just go away on their own, and sometimes she would go to her dermatologist and have them drained if they were particularly large or painful.

has she just had her belly button pierced? if so could be infection from that. I agree with Mrs,Carl could be a cyst or a pocket of infection. keep a close check on it. if it don't get beter see a doctor

I have had something like that for years; just below my right rib. My doctor told me it is a
'fatty tumor'. Its about an inch wide and about 2 inches long. It hasn't grown and doesn't hurt. The doctors say it's nothing to worry about.
You should have her doctor take a look at it, though, just to be sure.

If its pea sized it could be what we used to call a stress nodule. Is it close to her waist band? Probably nothing to worry about.

Sounds like an alien monster embryonic implant. Expect a young, alien, monster to rip and claw it's way out in about 2 weeks, if it doesn't decide to ingest her from the inside.

2_each_its_own, get your daughter an abdominal ultrasound run as soon as you can, it might not be nothing, but be on the safe side.
