I take it you posted something on Faceboook and got a bit upset that they used it?

Without my permission I sure am. Apparently I am not the only one with this problem.
Forgive me if I am wrong but isn't the material posted to Facebook's website the property of Facebook? That includes even if it's something you posted to their site? I think you gave them permission when you agreed to the terms of service.
Note that I said "I think", it seems like I saw something to that effect when I signed up and I understood that they could use anything I post on their site.
I DID NOT give anyone permission to use my memories for profit.
Sorry. If anyone profits, it will be me. I can hardy wait to converse with the old goat who started this mess.
Some should accept their monthly Social Security checks and realize they are retired. Not go around a small town trying to con people out of their memories so they can profit.
Not to mention there are some underground world entities rumored to be making bucks from this project as well.

If you have a Facebook account and posted your "memories" there then the authors didn't need anything direct from you, just needed permission from Facebook because you had already given Facebook permission when you agreed to the TOS.
Added to the above, if they took material from Facebook without their permission then I would think that Facebook would have a legit case but you would not.

Someone stole your "Memories"? Sounds kind of Harry Potterish. Think about it, is that really possible?

Maybe you just need a tissue?

Are you speaking of your memories when you use this name or your other name, Camille ?
