Unfortunatly, an additional person died this morning. Prayers are with those affected.
Sad story. Just goes to show you never know when your time is gonna be up here.
They are showing the video on CNN right now. It's amazing more poeple were not killed when you see that thing fall down into the audience. 45 people were hurt/ injured along with the 5 who were killed.
I’m glad that my phone has not rung with instructions to pack a bag for an extended stay in IN. I see this and similar incidents, more than I care to remember.
Where do you draw the line between obsessed fans and safety?
A stage of that size and configuration should have withstood the 60 mph wind if anc****d properly. I also wonder if the concert promoters had an emergency plan for severe weather and why it was not placed into action.
I expect the first of many law suits to be filed before the end of the week.
