States that give tax incentives for producing your own power

This link is part of an advertisement for an outfit that sells solar and wind power equipment , but it shows there is a $2000 tax rebate from the federal government for buying this stuff, but some states do not give tax credits , among them Alabama, Miss, Tenn . Ga give a pretty good one.
