It is a mess because an architect (not a civil engineer) designed the parking lot. They weren't concerned with traffic control. They were concerned with maximum parking places and it looking pretty. Whomever commissioned them to design the Target center had no reason to take the other shopping center (Sam's / Goody's) into consideration. That was not his job. Most commercial properties are developed that way. How many times have you parked at a business and the parking lot did not have a curb cut to the business next door? As to the stop signs, that seems to be a Target trademark. Come visit the one in Madison, it is laid our with odd stop signs and turn lanes, too. Don't gripe too much or the city will put a stop light there!

No, really Walmart is a corporate bully and I hate the way that they treat their longtime employees. I have known friends that have worked there for years and now all the sudden the benefits and guaranteed hours are all cut to save the corporation another 25 cents. Not only did they play a major role in the demise of TeeJays, think about all the grocery stores both big and small that just can't compete. I don't darken their doors unless I just have too. If that is the only place I can get it and I absolutely have to have it I will go and witch about it the entire time. Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave at his legacy.
