Got this from Truthout. The Military Corporate Empire continues to "protect us from threats."

The line I like is.... "He (Bush) said the US would consult African leaders on the command's base. "

How nice that he plans to "consult" with them.

This goes in line with what I had read about the US, and it's axis of evil, intending to rule through a few strategic "Command Bases."
