The best thing about this new administration is that slowly the layers are being pulled back to reveal one of the reasons this country is in the mess which it is in. We are supporting about 28% of the UN and their missions, most of which are poorly understood and stand in direct conflict with the traditions of this country. Overall, we are spending about $3B US dollars a year to support the UN, and yet they want to threaten us and tell us they need our money and how dare we turn our backs on them. They have consistently been against US and Isreal policies, yet we not only support them, we allow their organization to keep its prime real estate in our city with its associated problems. I hope this proposed cut remains in the budget.  That would be $3B more a year that could go to healthcare or infrastructure in our own country. I do support helping those in parts of the world who are needing our help, but there are more effective ways of doing so that funneling money thru the corrupt UN.

Hillary in 2016?  Why not?  We've already had one "girly man" serving in office for the past 7 years, we might as well give her chance as well!
