Reid wouldn't allow a vote in the Senate. After the votes, the Republicans will have their list of who vated against it and for it. Initial mission accomplished. There is no way a clean BBA bill will make it through the House or Senate. Its dead.
This term, NO! Next term, we shall see. We are about two states away from the resolution requiring a constitutional convention by the states --REQUIRING IT.
