WH strikes once again. In the light of recent felonious assaults on law enforcement, is it too much to ask to let the people who actually appreciate police read without your hate filled banter? I know a thousand people like you and none of you surprise me. Get over yourself. Like I said before. If you think you can do this job better fill out an application. I will write you a recommendation letter. It will read "Hire this man. He knows everything."
I agree!!!! Thanks to our officers we can depend on to keep us safe!!!

You might want to discuss that with the victims of the recent numerous home invasions.

Numerous? By what standard?

I've got your recommendation letter waiting. Come do a better job. I bet those victims aren't stupid enough to think a police officer can predict when and where crime is going to happen. What does that say about you?

As someone coming from a family of leo's, I take exception to that! There have been numerous CARS broken into. Well, not actually even broken into. KIDS are walking through nicer neighborhoods and checking to make sure car doors are locked. If not, they help themselves to wallets, purses, CD's, whatever is in the car that interest them. People, try LOCKING your doors. Don't leave purses, wallets, and Garmins in your car.....

You can't be an officer from around the Shoals. Where are you from? I don't want specifics just a general area. The reason I ask is that no agency around here has a cyber crimes unit, so you must be from a bigger city. I don't mean this to be ugly, just curious.

I'm in North Alabama. And even the smallest of Police agencies are now having to deal with cyber crime. While they may not have a "unit" set up to deal with cyber crimes, most every department has the capability to do some basic internet investigations.

Several local agencies already have social media pages, and use them for community notifications. It's the coming thing, and will eventually replace static web sites.

You could just state the truth that it is a FBI division. Local authourities do not have jurisdiction within the internet.

Even if a internet crime is discovered by a local agency , the FBI has to take over.

Yes most PDs do have websites, your trying to associte that with internet crime
Investigations is laughable.

You're just wrong again. While the FBI and other Federal agencies sometimes assist because of cross jurisdiction cases, and occasionally take lead because of available technology limitations, local agencies still retain prosecution rights.

Correct. WH watches too much tv. That's how they do it in the movies.

It looks like you are comparing yourself to part of a cop. Let me ASSURE you that you wouldn't make a good scab off a dead cops a**

Studies have proven that people that use vulgar language did not have a proper upbringing, most often coming from trashy family settings, brother/sister love ect. Big Grin

That could get long winded, though. Might be a record breaking thread Wink

You're going low again...try to mature it up a little.

Why? You wouldn't be able to keep up with anything on an adult level. Cool
