In a new Bloomberg Poll – 70% of Americans say we’re still in a recession…and they believe the unemployment situation will get worse before it gets better. And that’s all despite new White House figures released this week that say last year’s stimulus package has now saved or created 2.5 to 3.6 million jobs.
You know they don’t even look at employment figures to come up with these numbers? They use a formula. They suppose one dollar spent creates 2.5-dollars or economic activity. So the 800-billion dollar stimulus created 2.4 trillion dollars in economic activity…which would support three million jobs.
