First to go...Tony 'the guru" Franklin, you can bet that Turbeville will flush him out, prolly before the end of the week.
Next Phillapottamus (Fulmer) will go, especially if he loses to Alabama at home, and manages to put up a losing season. He lost all of his displine when he lost his OC last year. There are problem there and the train is about to go off the track.
I love the way the Aubies are crying for Wingnut's head though after losing just two games, that preseason hype about the "spread" was too much for them. Welcome to the way the most of us felt for the past few years after putting up with the nonsense offense we had under Shula. They should have kept what they had instead of trying to reinvent something and thinking that spread offense was going to work in the "gut" football of the SEC.
You have to give a coach time before you fire him. It sounds crazy, but I say give total control of the offense to Franklin, quit trying to run a conservative half spread. Since it is a long, long, long shot of Auburn even having a chance to contend in the West, they are basically playing for the last 2 games of the season. New systems take time to work out, and new recruiting classes that fit the system (Don't know if anyone has paid attention to Auburn's recruiting, but its shaping up pretty nicely, 4th overall right now, though numbers are helping that right now, and Tubbs says he is almost done). I wish the system would have already worked out, and unfortunately it hasn't yet, but it would be dumb to give up on something after 6 games.

Turn it over to Burns and let him take his bumps and make his mistakes (Campbell would have been better earlier had this been done when Cobb was at Auburn) or look into Neil Caudle.

Tuberville isn't going any where, unless the athletic administration is crazy, because it would be stupid to jump the gun. As for 7 years of misery coming to an end, guess we will have to see, lots of football left. I guess Bama can only hope Tuberville is gone. Even if Bama does win this year, do you really get rid of a coach that is 7-3 (7-2 right now) against his rival? has an undefeated season under his belt (in which his team got screwed) always has his team in the mix and is always in the National Spotlight?

Tubby has said over and over that Todd is the man. BUT if Todd is NOT getting the job done look at Burns. Burns did ok Sat against Vandy but cannot throw worth a flip. Check out Neil Caudle is the last hope and prayer for Auburn.

Burns arm is good, actually great, he just hasn't gotten touch yet. You can see this when he tries to take something off, a lot of times the ball sails on him. Very similar to Jamarcus Russell early in his career at LSU. After Caudle there is Barrett Trotter, who ran the spread in high school, but it has obviously always been the plan to redshirt him and he probably is still trying to adapt to the college game.
