Who does good small engine repair in Florence?

I always had good luck with Pauls on 6th st in Tuscumbia.

He is not in Florence, but " Larry's Small Engine" Larry Puttman .. 229-5744 .. 1551 Co. Rd. 450 - Lexington .. not far off Co Rd 101 North before you get to Lexington.. he has most all the part in stock , when I need parts or something I can not do, he has did work for me. At this time of year, he has two men working for him .

Mitch's Small Engine--931-762-7328--They do all of the work for Lowe's and are some of the best people I have ever met. I actually just got through writing a thank-you note to them for going out of their way to come to my home to fix an air compressor.

I realize that you asked for someone in Florence, but they do travel to Florence a few times a week and you may be able to meet them somewhere.

he is very nice, and is right on 43, at the sign that points to the post office (on the left if you are going north.) it's a tan, vinyl sided building, sits close to the road. if you get to the new dollar general, you have gone too far.

i will say, he told me friday that he is a few days behind right now after suffering some broken ribs. but i have used him before and like him. in fact, i left the push mower and a messed up weedeater there, so i'm in line in front of you! ha!

I took my old 70s model tiller to Larry's in Lexington. He was impressed with the tiller but the engine was old, so he recommended a new engine.
I think he changed it out for a fair price.
