Hi to my Forum Friends,

In the recent discussion I began, presenting the article "Prayer And The Fabric Of America" -- I suggested, "I just want to share this very informative article which I read today on TownHall.Com -- which adds more mortar and strength to the fact that America was founded as a Christian nation -- and America IS a Christian nation.   Of course, our atheists, secularists, and other vanilla-flavored  non-believers will immediately begin huffing and puffing -- in a weak effort to deny what is so evidently the truth."

And, true to his nature, our devout atheist Friend, Uno, responds, "So, Bill, right hand man of God Himself:  Exactly what does the Lord think we should do with the economy?  Rick Perry didn't seem to get a clear answer."

Uno, my Friend, you have stumbled upon my reason for staying out of the "spitting contests."  I have one desire -- to share what I believe to be Biblical truths with all our Religion Forum members and readers.  Of course, any time I post anything which is pro-God,  pro-Christianity, pro-Bible, etc. -- we know that our small handful of resident atheists, secularists, and vanilla-flavored non-believers will be jumping up and down, huffing and puffing, in their vain attempt to disprove God, Jesus Christ, Christianity, the Bible, and everything which even slightly resembles any of these.  So be it.

Since my purpose is to share Biblical truths, as I see them -- I will often post a new discussions and then wait for my loving and faithful anti-God followers to jump into the sandbox.  While they are busy digging in the sand to bury their thoughts -- once in a while one of them will come up with a good comment or question.  Then, I will jump back in and respond Biblically to their comment or question.  In this way, our non-believing Friends are helping us share the Gospel.

But, as virtually always happens -- after a short time they have managed to hijack the discussion and it becomes counterproductive to stay there any longer.

I believe my best contributions to the Religion Forum is to present new topics of discussion and to dialogue with my Forum Friends, believers and non-believers, until the atheist "spitting contest" begins.  I do enjoy the exchange of ideas -- but, not rock throwing, name calling, and spitting.

So, in a nutshell, that is why I came on the Religion Forum (or its predecessors) almost five years ago -- and why I will stay as long as it is God's will that I be here.   After all, if God did not remove the thorn in the apostle Paul's side (2 Corinthians 12:7-10) -- why should He remove this thorn in the side of our non-believing Friends?

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Bill

Bill, why do you think people here refer to you as “right hand man of God himself”? It’s simply because you put yourself out there as that. You are usually the one that starts the “spitting contest” as you call them.

If you can come on here “jumping up & down, huffing & puffing, in your vain attempt to prove God, Jesus Christ, Christianity, & the Bible, as fact, & your “believe the way I do or go to Hell”, then why shouldn’t anyone else here be able to try to disprove it if that’s what they want to do? What makes you better than anyone else? There's even some Christian folks here tried to tell you that you're going about it wrong but you refuse to listen.

Your purpose may be to share Biblical truths, but the words that stood out to me is “as I see them”. Nothing wrong with your sharing those truths but how you go about it is wrong. You are not going to win anyone to God with the way you’re going about it. You turn more people away from God than toward God. But there’s no way you’re going to see that. You’re set in your ways & beliefs & there’s no room for anything else.

You do not have any loving & faithful followers here of any kind, no matter how much you may desire it. I would love to know who those “believers & non-believer forum friends” are that you seem to think you have here.

You do as much, if not more, rock throwing, name calling, & spitting as anyone else. It comes across in your nasty, rude, judgmental comments. You may throw in scriptures, like that makes it ok, but it doesn't.

Any hijacking that occurs is thru no one's fault but your own. Do you not ever wonder about the why of it?

You will take my post as an attack but it's not. I'm only trying to make you see that what you've been doing for the last 5 years isn't working. Maybe you should try another way, then you just might start reaching some people. I can almost promise you that those you're trying to reach isn't working.  I expect to see you attack me with your rude comments & that’s fine. That’s all you know, so hit me with your best shot.

Bill's "biblical truth's" are based on allegories, "prophesies", letters, poetry, and dreams written by men, whom he falsely believes are the literal words of God.  Once that is realized, and factoring in Bill's overblown ego, narcissism and fear of hell for past transgressions, it is very easy to understand the rest of Bill's ridiculous take on things.  Listening to Bill will get you the same bit of salvation as listening to Oral Roberts, Peter Popoff, Ted Haggard or Benny Hinn.

Peter Popoff? That's a joke, right? Made me laugh!

No, Bill claims to be a faith healer. Still, laughter welcome.
