not trying to defend wise any, but is it trouble not paying bills or trouble with the vendor(as in disputed bill)
Well I don't know the details, but here is the perfect example of what we have all been talking about. If we are going to bail out Wall Street and Detroit, what are we going to do about major employers in small communities?
I happen to like the idea that the Republicans are acting as a watchdog right now on the auto bailout. But if the bailout passes as I think it will, I would think Wise deserves as much help as anyone.
Of course Schnauzer1, you may be right and it is just a billing dispute. It is something we may never know, but a lot of lawyers will make a lot of money.

The way Sheffield Utilities has been killing us all as of late I'm surprised anybody can pay their bills.. Just a couple years ago they "gave themselves" a 40% increase.. and several other smaller ones since.. When and where does it stop or at least slow down? Crooks, They also shoot us all 145 volts and charge us for it.. that's 20 extra volts we don't need! ever wonder why you blow a lot of light bulbs?.. I'd like to know where the millions they rake in every month really goes? How do the elderly and disabled manage? How does anybody when there are no jobs around here?
