The Occupy Wall Street rabble have taken to the streets to protest -- whatever.  They say they are the left's answer to the Tea Party.  If these are the answer, they don't even know what the question is!  From the interviews, it appears the media managed to find every idiot that appeared on Jay Leno's interviews of the really, really dumb.

The tea partiers were mocked for dressing up like continental soldiers. And, this is an improvement?  How!

They are actually right to be upset with what is happening with Wall Street and the government.  We all should be.

The problem is the solution they call for is the problem...these guys would be out of business if it weren't for government bailouts...

"Occupy Wall Street" protestors who want to see Obama re-elected...who in 2008 got more Goldman Sachs donations than all Republican candidates running for all offices put together...classic cognitive dissonance.

The left has an affinity towards zombies as they are have so much in common.  Both no longer have upper mental functions.  They, like the zombies, operate from the Id portion of the brain -- the old lizard brain that acts upon instinct alone, plus a few have some cortex memory.  The smarter zombies pound glass panes with a rock, instead of their bare fists.

Both, from instinct, have a need to feed.  Both, must feel on others, as they have lost the ability to product their own food, or work for it.  For a zombie, the feeding does no good as their digestive tract, like the rest of them is rotting and not functioning.  Progressives can still digest what they feed upon, but it just increases their desire to seek out more from the remaining productive and rational portion of the human race.

Neither, will ever produce something of lasting value, or, indeed,  of any value.  Witness the slow collapse of Europe, in general, and much of South America.

In short, the best strategy is to avoid both.  However, remember if you must  -- head shots thru the open mouth (teeth cause ricochets) to separate the spinal cord from the Id is the best solution. Or, in desperation, decapitation, when close up.    In either case, close up, their breath will probably be atrocious.

The street theater actors are doing a poor job of sending that message.  Still, its better than US troops as baby killers like they used to do.

Trouble is that most of the pictures I've posted certainly don't look like caricatures of Wall St. types.

Come mid-November, between the cold and Manhattan street sweeper machines that spray out water, the demonstrators won't be camped out too long.

You know your movement is catching on, especially when the national media takes notice. In the month before the protests began the news media had something to say about “corporate greed” only 164 times. In the month since, there have been over 1800 references to corporate malfeasance.

You know your movement is starting to make waves when the other side starts to send agents provocateur into your midst, à la Scott Walker,in a deliberate attempt to cause trouble, grab media coverage to sabotage your message and hope the public will paint the whole movement as a mob of malcontents.

You know your movement is starting to cause a stir when Glenn Beck launches one of his wild predictions about the aim and outcome of your protests.

And, finally, you know your movement has sympathetic ears in the public when a former Congressman comes out in favor of your movement, gives voice to all your grievances in one neat little 30-second narrative, and receives a standing ovation.

Propie,

The crowds are of a few hundred to a couple of thousand --NYC, at most.  The MSM media will highlight a couple of dozen in DC, but almost ignore over 1 million tea partiers, the largest demostration in DC.  Living there for almost 11 years, I saw this again and again.

Scott Walker stated they thought of using outsiders, but didn't procede because it was a bad idea.  Please provide examples.  The crowd in NYC is attracting criminals who use them to hide out -- that's the main reason Giuiliani scattered the street vendors and enforced licensing.

Glenn Beck -- still around?  Guess you are one of the few watching!  Does his audience exceed the 16,000 who watch Olbermann.

There are congressmen who will give their approval to anything -- media wh*r*esons.
