people see what drugs do to people everyday but some still choose to do them. So just because they are high doesn't give them the right to say I didnt know what I was doing , cause they knew what they were doing when they picked the drugs up to do them.
That man that threw them kids off the bridge must of had some hate in his heart to take his anger out on those kids cause if he didnt he wouldnt have done it.
